Video guides to create aesthetically pleasing factories and train tracks?
Hello, i have a BIG problem, well, in the aesthetics mean problem.

I have a "spaghetti" i thinkits call, its something i read searching help in google, because i search first... So i have this "spaghetti" factory buildings and want to do it better, but i am really bad at it, i already try it before do it, but it never work and keep doing that spaghetti horror.

Actually i have a base, at the first "noob spam", and its a base in the air, not much far from ground, in the ground i have a lot of conveyor belts that join to conveyor lifts, then jump to the floor where its me base, lets call it first floor, there its all the storage room, and i place 3 industrial storage containers, for each item, i use more conveyor lifts to jump all those items up, to the second floor, there i place a... horripilant spaghetti where i send the items i recieve, to the constructors and other machines to make new parts. I know i can create new buildings in other places different of the base, but i am VERY VERY VERY confused on how the f@ck coordinate to move the materials i recive, beacuse i want to storage it. Actually i am on the tier 6 milestone, i unlock the train, and unlock a lot of alien teleport storage stuff that help me a lot. BTW, i still forget to investigate hard disk... so still dont know about it...

I already make some factory's far from base, but are very basic, and seems a little spaghetti, and the items they craft, go to the storage room/base

And the train its another problem, i try to make a straight line but its imposible!, i try to hold CTRL and its like straight but moving to left or right, i have to make short rails to make it, and seems not works good too...

So i am searching video guides to make it more "aesthetic", or help me to create a good train straight line and of course aesthetic. I need too "how to plan a base" (not the aesthetic this time) and "how to distribute materials to other places". As i say, i already search for it, and happens to me that... i get videos like "how trains works", "how use traffic lights on trains". I want to start using trains because i love it a lot, but that dam rails are making me crazy, are cliping, doing S form, or even in red so i cannot create it...

Thanks for any help, and excuseme if it take me long time to answer.

There's a ton of great video content for Satisfactory. TotalXclipse has some particularly good ones including design tutorials. As for trains, I'm not sure why they're having trouble. are you putting tracks on the ground or building foundations first? Most people running cool trains have them on elevated roadways (trackways?).

there's nothing wrong with spaghetti if you're having fun building it!
don't be too hard on yourself with beautyfying; FICSIT just wants you to be efficient at this point ;)

for video guides on ANYTHING that could possibly matter at any stage, even after all these years, i'd still recommend to check out TotalXclipse video content on YT.
(not sure if YT links are allowed here but you'll find him pretty easy via g00gle search)

he has vids available on everything satisfactory related. basic starter base builds, fluid management, power setup, curve building, recipe comparison, general tipps & tricks, beginner's guides, you name it. he's a good guy and explains everything detailed enough and also in proper english language.

another project he has/had running is/was satisfactorytipps_com. with guides, layouts, tools etc. i'm not sure if that site has been updated to 1.0 though. but it might be worth a looksee as well. or just visit him on twitch live stream and say hi over there. Total & chat will always help with any question you'll come up with :)

there are plenty of good content creators out there; no doubt. i only recommend Total because that's where it all started for me when it came to details.
(it all started with josh/LGIO. but that's not something i'd recommend for beautyfying or management logic lol)
