The simplest things to do would be make sure every single production chain you have running never idles. Smart Splitters with an Overflow lane on everything, leading to a sink.
If you have plenty of power to spare, slap down your best miner on every node you can, clock it to 250% and send it straight into a sink (or run a basic production chain for it to increase the value, you'd have to check the wiki to see what's worth it).
Other than that, it's just building a lot of stuff. And generally more complex parts, especially if you can spare the somersloops on the highest tier stuff, and sending it into the sink too.
And time. No matter what you do, it'll all take time. Unless you're already pumping some serious numbers into the sink, idling won't make much of a difference though.
Else the only other factor is time, so it's eventual... but slow.
The quickest way... just for the achievement, you only need to buy it... so a shared workd mega-build save will work too.
Lategame: Dedicated points farms using lategame project assembly items and such.
