41/42 Milestones?

I have finished Phase 5, done all research, and all items in all 9 tiers of the Milestone machine, but achievement is at 41/42 (But there's like 48 milestones also?)

Tier 9 blinks white with "Please select a milestone" but they're all done (5/5 in tier 9).

Any suggestions? Is my game just bugged? Is there a secret milestone I might not have unlocked?

Aye, but is there like, a fix lol? Or am I damned to have all the achievements but that until I redo a game.
Maybe joining someone else's game that's fully complete or something?

I have the same issue. Go upvote the issue on their QA site so they can prioritize it.

I still have to do the products of the elevator, but all Tiers are done and I am on 41/42 now

I have a save game right before sending the last milestone as i knew about this issue before and wanted to avoid it. Would loading that save and sending off the milestone unlock the achievement for you or would it have to be the exact one that bugged? I would be willing to upload it to google drive if you want to give it a try. The milestone is "Spatial energy regulation" and the 100 superposition thingies left are in my inventory.

I have same issue and I know its the hazmat milestone to. I recompleted all of them again and it still didnt give me the achievement.

hello i have the same problem with this Milestones 41/42 done. Any fix out there?

Over the years, the teirs changed, with some being deleted. Some believe the missing achievement is the modifications milestone which became automatically unlocked with update 7 or 8 I believe.

This just happens sometimes, seemingly randomly, plus to even complete this achievement you basically have to start over, because any milestones you unlocked before v1.0 won't count.
I think it's a tier 9 milestone that bugs out, and currently the only ways to fix it, it to play through again, or hope like hell you have a manually save before the bugged milestone was completed, or use the SCIM to reset the milestones of your save back to not completed and feed the hub again.
