Snap points issue when building roads

I have been trying to make pretty roads of late but i keep running into snap point issues. The road i am building are 3 wide and i am using the walkway in the corner method. When i attempt to place the next walkway section and left control to offset it, the snap point will not hold position, it jumps to one the corners or center of first walkway section. There are some points on my road where the walkways snap correctly on the curves, but i keep running into spots further along when nothing i can do will make it snap right.

Is there a trick that i am missing to not have snap point issues?

I have the same issue. When i save, close down the game and then start it again, it works for a while

thanks, i gave that a try it does seem to work for a while. We could really use a cycle snap point QOL improvement.
