Also how would that help with motion sickness? How did you identify that the first person perspective camera is the problem? If anything it would be even more disorienting the way you're describing it. I advise you play with your FOV instead and see if that helps, that's one of the most common causes of motion sickness. Or sit further away from your screen, that helps a lot of people too.
The mouse will be detached, it mean the cursor displayed freely on the screen.
it kinda like fly mode but without need to move camera when select/place something. For more technical i guess it's modified fly mode, i don't need third person view.
It would help with motion sickness because the camera move less. I don't get sick playing game with those kind of camera, for example Cities Skylines.
