Is there currently or in planning an afk mode of any sort?

was just looking and couldn't find any, but an afk mode that could turn off or down graphics would be nice to save some power, does anyone know if i missed it or if its in the works?

No the best you can do is install the dedicate server and run that locally so you have it running in the background

Upgraded all belts in my main factory
Designed a new stackable manufacturer blueprint
Redesigned my assembler blueprint to stack better
Made a packaged biofuel setup to fuel my jetpack
Converted my power plant to turbofuel
Expanded quartz and SAM mining
Built a train line to take over the work of 3 tractors and a truck

Ok, that last one started after the three products had been finished, but I wanted to get it setup before moving to phase 4.

You're thinking about this wrong.
It's you're done playing for awhile, or stepping away to go get something to eat, going to work... taking a nap.... ETC.... but you want the game to continue doing it's thing.
Great for Coupons, hence why I use the server, plus uses less power and my computer room isn't a sauna....

This... basically, if you ever find yourself waiting around for something to happen in this game, you either 1) spend the time making whatever it is you're waiting on faster, or 2) think ahead to what your next bottleneck will be, and start working on eliminating it

I limit my graphics to 30fps and have a custom low setting that i put on when i let it run overnight. works grerat for limiting power
