Some slight FPS drops sometimes here as well, but no where close to what you have. Also I never had to restart/reload yet to fix it, always goes to normal again pretty fast. (The usual "loading stuff in the background" thing I suspect).
No idea what caused it, only happened once in 120-ish hours since 1.0 released.
The game appears to lag or just stop because the system is to busy waiting on the drive to load in the new data the game has requested.
The error is definitely butchered, I will have to capture the screen next time i catch the error in the console.
I havent noticed it around auto saves, but ive had it happen before an auto save, auto save happens then its still the same terrible FPS.
I dont think its a harddrive issue as i have an SSD and its only a year old top of the line when purchased.
I cant image it being the hardware as I'm running duel graphics cards with 64 G of DDR5 RAM and a 8 core Ryzen processor.
Ive ran multiple games at the same time and been streaming and held strong over 100 FPS. It seems to be when standing between or near the edge of two + biomes as far as i discern a pattern.
Are you guys using GeForce Overlay by chance?
