weird mk5 belt issue
It seems my mk5 belts are running at 480/min. The menu says it runs at 780. But it doesnt.

I was setting up my aluminum plant and noticed the bauxite coming in was lower than expected. the miner was set at 780, but most of my refineries were starved for some reason. I noticed the miner was producing more than the belt was taking away. I double checked it was a tier 5 belt and even deleted the belt and remade it. After some testing the belt moved 480/min. I even pulled out a section for tier 5 and replaced it with tier 4 belt and there was no change in resource flow.

Does anyone else see this?

Sure it's mark 5 all the way? A small mark 4 belt piece at any point would be enough to mess it up completely. :P

Another one who built a splitter/ merger on a belt :)
Mk5 works as intended and provides 780
Just don't build splitters/ mergers on belts.

No I tested it right from the miner, not a splitter merger issue. best example being one I mentioned, having a section of mk4 belt in between mk 5 belts and there being no flow change.

I checked the QA website and it seems some other people have encountered the issue as well.

There is no bug. You have a piece of Mk4 belt somewhere. Go find it.
