ALT+TAB and CRASH

If I ALT+TAB a few times in the game, the game freezes completely. There is no reaction. I only hear the in-game sound, I can't even switch to other application screens.
I have to create a new desktop, open task manager and close the game.

If I don't save, all my improvements are deleted.


My system is :
MSI AMD RX6600 8 GB
AMD RYZEN 5 5500
32GB DDR4 3200MHZ RAM

winver : 23H2 (22631.4169)
AMD v. 24.8.1

Switch to windowed fullscreen instead of fullscreen. When you tab out, the game will stay up but you can move your mouse off of the game.

I had same problem and was looking at solutions on my lunch break at work. Got home to see that the game was in fact on fullscreen. Switched it and everything seems great, thanks!

I already tried and also checked game data. it worked for a while, but now it crashed again :(

UPDATE: it seems the game settings switched back to full screen. not sure why!?
