Yeah, I was looking for that normal Uranium Node. Impossible to find till I remembered, that that is the one I used in my EA Game, where I started at the first starting location, but this time coming from the dessert, the entrance to the cave is just way off, of where you would expect it only from the map location of the uranium node.

Is it possible that we can build up a Miner mark 1 & later a Miner mark 2 & 3 to automate a S.A.M. ore production chain too?

Which is already the case for any other of these resources:
=> Bauxite
=> Caterium Ore
=> Coal
=> Copper Ore
=> Iron Ore
=> Limestone
=> Raw Quartz
=> Sulfur
=> Uranium

SAM is a node, like any other, and once you found one you can research it to scan for the others. One SAM I found in a cave well hidden, an other on top of a hill/mountain hidden inside plants. Others just plain easy to see, i am on the edge of phase 5/tier 9. Had so trouble with rubber production (note to self, do not remove refineries that you need for later products). However, SAM is gained as any other resource

Because I still remember that after only 1 stack my miner MK 1 or 2 already stopped where I just had aprox. 50 SAM ores in total in my industrial container sadly; even I had enough power / electricity.

Back then extraction stopped because it was a WIP resource and had no purpose whatsoever. It doesn't stop anymore, its nodes are like any other.
