Sadly I dont think it is a joke....
The game literally has a line of dialogue that addresses this point. Its either a joke, or the OP is the kind of person it was aimed at ><
My point is that I can believe they are serious (and with just under 4 hours played), I can see it being the the latter of the two.
Those people exist.
It's weird to then get asked how XYZ works, when they've just been told by the game, but they decided that wasn't info they wanted (or whatever else reason they use to "justify" not listening/reading) - but that's just the way it is - and that's really not going to change at any point.
No amount of help the developers throw at the player, will fix that. It might catch a few, and mitigate the "issue" a bit, but there will always be people unwilling to read/listen to game tutorials/tips.
Those are the people coming to various forums, asking for help.
Sometimes it's even about not properly understanding what you're getting told (maybe it's a language barrier? - who knows).
I'm honestly not too bothered by it anymore.
Takes a few seconds to respond with the info they seek, if I'm able - or I just simply pass on to the next topic.
It requires no power to get started - just place it and it starts right up.
but to be fair, if you find this part difficult, you might not wanna continue playing, because significant brain usage is required later on.
