Is it possible to move buildings?

Is it possible to move buildings rather than delete and rebuild them? I'm not seeing a move option.

Yeah, I hated this in the beginning too but got used to it.

No ability to move something once it's built. However while placing you can tap H by default and lock the hologram then nudge it around with the arrow keys till it's in just the right place. Holding Control is also a nice way to get things to line up while building.

Also, later on, there is something that helps making moving easier. You will see and know when you get it

Remember to use the cursor pipette feature though, it's middle-click for me at least if i recall. So if you have built 1 furnace and want to make a second just use pipette, no need to open and browse build menu.

Ofc the 10 hotbars are also fully customizable.

It's also probably worth noting that when you delete a building, you always get all the materials back.
