Public multiplayer servers

Do they not exist? When I press 'join game' it just shows "join game directly" and "login to epic" (lmao - yeah right...).

They game doesn't have a list like that.
If a server is Semi public, the info would be on that clan/person's website/social media
Also that would be under server manager, Join game is for Co-op with friends

Also, I dont have any experience with multiplayer in this game. Is it possible to turn my single player save into a multiplayer server?

yes.... Technically it's always in that state, as the game is Co-Op

This is not an MMO... it's a single-player game first, additionally, you can play with your friends... why would a game like that need some public multiplayer servers?

Do you want all your progress and hard work stay with the server? So when you log out, if the server is gone, so is your work and everything you built?

There is no game server browser or any lobby or central servers of any kind. You need to find people to play peer-to-peer coop with or get invited to join a private dedicated server. There is a forum section here "Looking For Group" where you may want to look for people to play with.

You can also host your own server or rent a hosted server online and then you'll be the one inviting people to join your server.

Thanks for the answer and saving me time. Extremely lame not to have a browser implemented into the game.

That incur costs for the dev to have a central server for all games to be listed on.
