Can't paint concrete white?

I made my whole factory woth concrete foundations and intended to paint it white, but it doesn't change, remains the same base gray. Other colors seem to work. Can't I paint it white?

You can by exploiting a design bug, when choosing the colour of the concrete there is the slider and then there is the option to change the number directly. Now the slider only goes between 0 and 1 but you can type numbers greater than or less than those numbers. So you can get really clean looking white or black concrete for your factorys. You might need to go pretty high if you want WHITE WHITE concrete by typing in 1000

I can't find the video right now, but I saw one where the player was messing around with the numbers in the color picker. He discovered that the numbers (at the end of the sliders) could be changed. This is a major breakthrough as those numbers can control 'BLOOM' in the colors. I mention this because of the three numbers, the second and third ones can have a great effect if you set them to a negative number. Like -1 or -2 Give this a try, run the slider all the way to the left or right (to make the bar white) then change the actual number for that bar to -1 or -2 and see which you like best. It doesn't seem to work on the walls though. I does get a little bit clearer, but not white

Edit: ah, I figured out what the problem was. It doesn't work on concrete walls, only ficsit walls
