Somersloop and oil: Is that producing infinite fuel?
I haven't had a deeper lock, but when you transform the one in the other and to HOR and back, and each time it doubles ... Is it now possible to make fuel infinite? Just curious!

We can now definitely produce 8 times more Bio Fuel with animal remains:

Hog remains to biomass x2, then biomass to solid biofuel x2, and then solid biofuel to bio fuel again x2, so that's x8.

Also Mycelia yields now a lot more. Love it.

Yep, I begin to warm up on 1.0. Since Fenix wrote that we can use 6x6 blueprints as soon we unlock the blueprint gun and now all the QoL from Mercer Spheres and Somersloop: Ingenious. The game got a lot less tedious and leaves a lot more room for spontaneity and makeshift productions on the fly.

as you go up in factory type, it may take more than 1 sloop. So keep that in mind.

In normal gameplay, there are a limit of sloops (106 I believe)

You just need one closed circle, where you feed back the doubling into the input. If that is possible, then you have infinite fuel and power.

There is no loop possible in the first place, unless you are using mods

There isn't any fuel production that produces all the products that can be fed back in earlier to make a closed loop, and sloops don't work in packagers.

Ah ... it's nice to dream of infinite power .... In chemistry there is for every synthesis a decomposition. If both reactions yield the double, the loop is closed.

If I am the first to discover that new recipe to close the loop I will be very wealthy, buy Ficsit and then change it into a cooperation:

All Ficsit employees shall become shareholders, get a generous salary and 20 weeks vacation per year. And for ADA a new quantum CPU's and a new moral adjustment :ccveryhappy:

Infinite - no - not without mods.

But increasing production by as much as x2 per building? Yes - but limited by sloops and power consumed.

The only "Free" power I'm aware of is the aluminium waste water trick - but not something id call "run away" power either.

Course X2 isn't anything to sneeze at either.

It hasn't to be one recipe. Maybe several recipes prouduce all the products that can be fed back in earlier to make a closed loop.

There is no recipe or combination that will allow you to create, even partially, a loop of any kind for this.

Time is not required as all possible combinations are already known.

What you are suggesting simply cannot be done with the current game.

Yes, sloops create something from nothing. This can be used to generate fuel from nothing, improving the efficiency of various fuel producers. The rocket fuel recipes are very strong and will get around 6-8GW of power if the refinery is slooped.

To build on this a little, there is one chain that can continuously reprocess the same materials. Packaging and unpacking fluids.
Conveniently, the fluid packager cannot be slooped. Undoubtedly for this exact reason.

It is possible to sloop the packaged diluted fuel recipe, so you can get free empty canisters if you can unpack the fuel.

Probably cheaper and easier to just sloop the canister constructor though.
