Question is: How much energy do you need to produce this industrial container full of power matrix?
He he ... :ccveryhappy.
At moment I am super happy with my three power augmenter without power matrix. They added +118% power and were build and connected in two minutes, no maintenance needed.
I am a big fan of power storages for the same reason of zero maintenance, but these power augmenter are even cooler
It works perfectly in tiers 1 through 4 as well, if you gather enough components from crash sites to unlock and build it.
I was curious how far I could get on crash sites, so I cleared all of them of components and hard drives with the exception of the one requiring the superposition oscillator as there are none of those to be found on the map. With 117 crash sites cleared using just the rebar gun and zapper, I had more than enough components to unlock everything through tier 4, construct 4 augmenters, unlock everything in the alien tech tree except the power matrix, and set up a boosted slug/protein factory with a stockpile of thousands of remains and over a hundred slugs.
This was done in a standard game over about 40 hours, with some time spent making trips back to dump collected components as well as building tier 1/2 components and alternative steel pipes for power poles and depots.
