Rocket Fuel is amazingly broken (in the best way)

150 oil nets you 600 rocket fuel and 36,000 MW. That's 1.8 times what my 600 oil fuel plant would make me, all for 1/4 the oil. Wonderful addition.

Im not sure its broken. Man who balanced this stuff definitely knew well what he is doing. Devs even didnt touched recycled plastic recipe after adding diluted fuel. Its part of the game balance.

Heavy Oil Residue + Diluted Fuel + Nitro Rocket fuel alts can turn 600 oil into 288GW.

If you sloop the Nitro blenders.

I'm 288 gens in , going vertical with 144 gens a floor.

An added bonus , Rocket fuel behaves like a gas , so no fluid dynamics, no pumps.

Same for me, running 4x 142 generators (total of 568) out of 600 oil and the little that is left goes into my personal jetpack fuel packager.

Also note that this will produce 400 compacted coal as a byproduct wich can be turned into turbofuel and then fed into another load of generators or in my case will fuel my drone network.

Why no overclock on the generators? If you're building that many, it simplifies the build from 1152 to 461 buildings.

I was about to ask this :) It's 56 fuel gens fully overclocked and 2 at 200% per Mk2 pipe.

You should actually really not use turbofuel in drones, consider swapping the turbofuel out for part of your rocket fuel plant, using the turbofuel for some power and the rocket fuel for drones. It's more expensive to package, yes, but the burn time is so much longer and the speed boosts are significant.

Well now that you mention it i've finished the 3rd floor and 432 gens and it's getting toilsome , part of me wants to see an 8 story 1152 turbo fuel gen plant, another part of me wants to not have to build a 5 more floors at 144 gens each.. it takes sooooo long.

i was probably going to use the top floor as a drone fuel pickup station.

Just about finished. 1008 gens (144x7) . 7 floors, 7 logistics floors, basement , roof. Bottling the last line of fuel in the basement and sending it to the roof for drones.

Still need to pipe the 7th floor. I’ll post up pics when it’s all done.

Honestly people should use more overclocks early. Put the slugs thru a slipped constructor making shards and double your shard output. I had several hundred when I first reached tier 5 because of this. Same for other things too

I'm at a loss for words. That takes some real dedication. I'm currently in the process of making a massive assembly director system factory (25/m, no sloops), and the amount of pure copper ingot and steamed sheet refineries is insane. That 36GW rocket fuel plant I just make is looking awfully tiny now...
