Blueprint railway don't connect to each other?
I made a blueprint where railway ends exactly on the edge, and i connect two same blueprint. However railway seems not connected - trains has no power on it.
Did i do something wrong?

Do they need to overlap a little to connect properly?
Belts, Pipes, Rails and prolly some other stuff too doesnt connect when blueprints "connect" to one another. Basically youre most likely gonna have to manually reconnect those segments of rail.

Sadly no, you have to manually connect them.

The common idea is to blueprint the "supports" and run the tracks by hand

You can't connect between two different blueprints. Placing a blueprint just places all the buildings present in the blueprint and the connections (cable, pipe, belt) between those buildings present in the blueprint. It doesn't interact with or connect to already existing buildings or connections (other than to indicate whether the blueprint encroaches them).
