I made a series of blueprints for the labels I use. I have a stack of small signs giving input amounts and output amounts by every machine or array of machines as well as bigger set for the full factory. So I have blueprints for a stack of 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 signs so I can just plop down the stack I need and quickly go through to make the labels right.
All that to say- if you use a specific sign type a lot- and you make a blueprint for it, it should preserve the correct orientation.
No game is ever prefect and there are many aspects to this game that annoy me, but the overall experience far out ways those petty grievances. But keep posting, CSS probably monitors discussions and that might move it up the list to be fixed.
In another thread someone suggested it was done intentionally to annoy Australian users, wondering the validity of such a claim.
so you can do stuff like this
BAM
Me too. I'm so curious to see this bug though, how do you replicate it? Actually tried 5-10 min thinking I was doing something unique in placing signs but whether I create from menu, hotbar, N search then trigger construction --> always starts correct side up.
Is there some other method of sign placement maybe that is causing other folks issues?
