Lights bug?
So I was trying to light up a path in a cave to reach a uranium mine and it seems that the street lights I put have an extremely low intensity and sometimes don't even light up anything at all. The light bulb looks like it's perfectly functional, night mode is not on, and the intensity is at 100%, white light.

I tried building it on the opposite side of its original location and it lit up fine. However I was trying to light up the safe way, and its opposite side isn't really safe to drive on.

Even so, when I was driving back in, that particular street light had stopped lighting the floor (again, same issues as before) seemingly for no reason. Again, the light build looked lit.

My guess is that it has to do something with the particular floor in the cave? Maybe some textures aren't supposed to be lit, and part of the cave floor is made out of those? Eh, it's just a guess.

Yea my best bet would be that caves have a particular lightning that somehow isn't compatible with the new artificial lights (yet)

Does your character illuminate when under these faulty lights? If so, then it's passing through the floor. If not, it's obstructed by something else, like a trigger zone box, atmospheric element, or it's just in a bad spot. Try rotating the light a bit and see if it changes.

Try placing a wall and connecting a flood light, just to see if a different type of light works for you.

Is it connected to a Lights Control Panel or directly to power?

If it's connected directly to power and somewhere along the way a control panel was also connected to the general power grid, you may have inadvertently overridden their settings.

I did, and it seems that its intensity differs depending on the location. On most occasions, it remains dark though. I don't know how to see my char in the 3rd person?

I did that. Same thing. I even did ceiling lights.

Just power. I have no lights control panel at all, anywhere.

I think that's probably it. It's not a huge issue but it completely ruined my immersion... :/
