Report a translation problem
It just reveals the map as if you had explored the area, it doesn't show nodes or anything else.
Optimal positioning it takes at least 4 perfectly positioned to reveal the entire map.
Could be somehow better if built on highest positions. I believe terrain goes somehwere ~200m up in the best case. Unlikely you can get more than 1.5km radius for the tower.
But the main point it that revealing map gives about nothing to the player. They could work like a big scanner, but no...
