there is no 2 meter wall just 1m and 4m in height
but by half wall in this case means one that is 4m in length instead of the normal 8m for the half foundations from the awesome shop

If you mean 4x4 wall, or half of a foundation wall, well, you can use beams and beams connector to create and blueprint it. I've been doing that for every non-standard structure shapes now.

The devs can't possibly make everybody happy and add every single feature that we all want. Some features are not coming to this game, like ever. So mods are a solution for those missing features which we can't have otherwise. So, you can do one of two things: use mods or play vanilla and wait for the feature to be added.... some time... maybe. Get it?

The devs not realizing people will want half width walls to go with their half width foundations is laughably bad. These are things that are insanely easy for them to add.
