If mod does anything that cause it I don't know.
60(120) would be a 200% overclock.
Not sure why its doing that in your screenshot tho.
It's because the machine is IDLE and not gone thru another cycle.
theres no power shards in it and its set to 100%
If he IDLED the machine before it cycled it would still show them.
As it's been said before - that's usually how it looks when you are overclocking/underclocking - key word - usually.
Anyway, the numbers will change to 120/80/40 without parentheses when next cycle starts

Just for the first cycle then when you walk away it locks in - but with a Mod - your guess is good as mine.
