IE Foundation with Floor hole, Gap, Foundation with floor hole.
Then you can just clip Foundations over the gap.
Beyond that, your only option is to chain foundation holes. Leave a 1m gap and you can run a lifter between them.
You could do something similar to pass through multiple foundations stacked one on another. The bonus is after the pipe is in place you can still clip the pipe hole over it to make it look like the pipe is going through the hole even if its not really.
Option 2 is the clipping method if it is an odd number of foundations...however this is just cosmetic, not functional.
