Way to quick load chunks without abusing the settings?

I love this game but dear lord the lag and optimization for more unlock of both map and factory expansions is BAD! I got 1/8 of the map uncovered and chopped nearly all the desert flora and when I drive near their former spot, fps drops to 12 or 1?! i'm running max settings and I never had an issue with this? Is there a key-bind like in Minecraft where f3 + a to force load all things in nearby chunks without busting the video capture?

What are your hardware specs because I don't have that anywhere on my save.

Games runs pretty well. Must be something wrong with your specific installation assuming your hardware isn't an issue.
