Can you copy/paste a building from one save to another?

With the latest update on 1.0, I want to start a new game to discover everything anew plus all that's been implented. However, I'm reluctant to leave my power plant behind because I spent I don't know how many hours on it. The base is 145x145 and it houses 66 nuclear plants with all the machines necessary to run them from raw ressources.

Yes, it's pretty much a standard practice to have a playground save where you can build and BP anything, then use those BPs in your survival game.

Load up your save, on the map the rectangle or circle selection tool will appear.
Select what you want to blueprint and a window will appear showing the items you have selected, scroll down that list and theres a drop down menu set to delete selected items by default.
Change it in dropdown menu to megaprints/copy selected items and press submit.
above the selection tools on map is the import/export blueprint tool, press it and click the download selected button.
it will give you a megaprint_calculator.cbp file which is your blueprint.
on your 1.0 save just drag the file onto the import/export screen and presto \o/
