Where is this desert cave entrance?

There must be a cave just under the surface at coordinates 3966, -1810, because I'm detecting both a Slug and a Mushroom. But where on earth is the entrance of this cave???

I've explored far in every direction, and I can't find an entrance.

Check the interactive map on google. I tried to look for you but your coords are different then what we see there. Coords on map don't go in the 3 thousands, goes to about 400 on east coast.
But you'll find it, there is a button in there to show caves, then you can click to see slugs.

Satisfactory Calculator has a map tool, it includes a "Cave" layer that shows all caves and dotted line are entrances.
