Yes I've read that megawatt production will be easier (or less costly).
But we never been told the other face of the medal.... How much more costly will be other things ?
Not necessarily current, but I suppose new productions that will require a lot more energy.
Or I don't understand why easing megawatt production cost
good points. maybe its just buffs all around?
so far what I've seen is a massive using generators. going from 150w -> 250w like a 60% increase.
heavy decrease in the entire computer production tree. (no screws, no need for iron, not needing supers for advanced splitters etc)
I haven't seen any debuffs anywhere. even looking at nodes we still have an 11% increase of all resources in game. so no nerf there.
i wonder if they wanting to make the game a bit easier? i guess? seems like they're really wanting the vibe to increase in game and limit stress or aggrevation. which i don't mind. i create my own challenges anyways like others. such as 1 train period, cap on buildings, no resources refunded on destroy, 1 life if you die you delete save etc.
I think a nice buff for vehicles would be that they can take liquid fuel and not just packaged ones, that would 100% simplify the logistics

no mod for it, we just trash slot all materials returned. if you're doing the "gorilla glue" challenge you aren't allowed to destroy anything period so that's also an option.
