Supercomputer recipe in 1.0

Got a bit concerned with the recipe change for radio controllers requiring double the amount of computers since computers got cheaper to produce. That particular change doesn't bother me since I never use that recipe. However, if they doubled the number of computers going into supercomputers, the plastic required could be a problem. Realised that if they were to simply eliminate plastic as a component into that supercomputer recipe, it all balances out.

We don't know all the changes to recipes yet.

Also if they don't adjust it there are alternate recipes that do away with plastic, both for computers and supercomputers.
