Creature spawned stuck on line, can't move, is in the way
It's peaceful and I don't want to kill it. Is there a console command or some way to motivate it to get the heck out of the way?

Just delete and replace whatever it's stuck on and give it a whack with the basher to spark some movement in between.

Thanks, thats probably my best option. Sadly he's really, really buried in some dense spaghetti. I did eventually figure out how to finagle a line to where i need it, but he is now permanently encased in it, forever stuck in a glitchy animation loop that looks like he's teabagging the line below his enormous long legs. I'm just gonna call him the encased beam production supervisor and move on.

Go somewhere else, he will despawn if far enough away.

That was my first thought, maybe I'm not going far enough away? I went waaaay outside of draw range, and reloaded the game, and he keeps showing up at the exact same 'teabagging this steel beam line forever' spot. I'll try again, I'm worried the engine might be struggling to path-nav him a way out of there and wasting clock cycles with an unsolvable task.

Thanks for the suggestion
