I bought the game a few months ago but I haven't even had time to try it out, not even the main menu.
I know absolutely nothing about the game, I've only seen a couple of videos / trailers that made me discover the game and that's it.
Now I have free time, I wonder if it's worth to start with it, or wait for the 1.0, I've read that there will be major changes and maybe it doesn't make sense to learn ‘obsolete’ mechanics at just less than a month before the 1.0 release.
Regards
So you can start and get the hang of it and then really start with 1.0.
It really is a personal choice.
just play
just play
It would be worth doing this whilst still in EA. Then, when 1.0 drops, you're ready to rock
Resource distribution is also changing.
I'm not going to invest into a world that is changing in a couple weeks. It's not like the world is ending or this game is about to be canceled. The game will be there come September 1st to play.
I can wait.
So just having a 2-5 hour test run that you abandon and start fresh when 1.0 comes is perhaps not a bad idea.
