i would be a lot better to add a creative mode or a sandbox mode please i just want to build things, i wanna build a town or city with neon stuff and cars and trains

There is already a community made mod launcher and a huge array of mods available at https://ficsit.app/
The Pak Utility mod can enable/disable flight, no build cost, and infinite power, using console commands in-game.

The devs do intend to add official mod support, but probably not until after v1.0 so they do not have the extra difficulties of keeping it up to date as new features drop. And probably not using Workshop because that would exclude those playing on Epic launcher.
