Do Awesome Sink coupons, or Awesome Shop purchases transfer to new plays?

When I go into the Awesome Shop, it greets me by my Steam name, not my player name. Does this infer that all coupons or purchased items transferable?

Nope. Awesome Coupons and purchased items do not transfer to other saves.

Thankyou! I guess I will just purchase some of the more interesting basic building parts. The best and first point I used was the coffee mug.

There are quite few useful build parts as well and some nice customization items in the shop too. Also, the coupons are not hard to make, especially early in the game. Most people are able to buy everything from the store fairly quickly. You'll likely find yourself with piles of coupons and nothing to spend them on. I often simply buy some of the more advanced parts from the store. So the fact that the coupons do not transfer to other saves is not a big deal.
