And that's without any random map.
But even knowing where everything is and what you have to do doesn't mean that you will play it exactly the same way every time.
Some people add their own challenges into their new game, Some as simple as not using any slugs, or not crafting anything manually after they unlock automation.
900 (about) hours and didn't got bored....
A bit in a low as I'm waiting for 1.0, yes....
Factories and projects I was working with are finished so now I'll enjoy summer and wait final release before getting in a new project
Others have complained about the lack of randomisation.
Others have defended the current map as being plenty big enough for many replays.
I don't know which camp is bigger. Me personally, I have 2 worlds totalling about 1600 hours and I'm not bored with the same map.
But it may be a relief for you to know that the upcoming v1.0, included not-insignificant changes to resource node placement.
And there are mods to randomly reshuffle resource node placement to grant some additional variety.

review of Satisfactory: 4,167.0 hrs on record (2,503.8 hrs at review time)
A simple search on your behalf would have yielded the same results. Granted, he usually uses mods, but the map is still not randomized.
But as others will comment, you can enjoy the game without any random maps and also without using mods.
I think this part could use addressing
In Satisfactory, there's not "only a few ways to master it" - There's quite a lot of flexibility, and no right or wrong way. Each time you restart the game, you try out new things and tricks which you picked up from your previous play-through
The other part too is, this game has a lot more flexibility in terms of art and/or presentation - Some people have spent hundreds of hours building their factory in to something quite complex, or visually appealing. Sure, you can just lay down large sections of foundations and build flat, but the option of being artistic with your builds is something I found rather refreshing (If you would like examples of this, I suggest hitting up the Reddit - I just saw a post with Godzilla and a Aliens Xenomorph)
The other thing too is, the building process in this game is slower - You don't build your factory as fast as you would in Factorio. But what you do build takes you quite a bit of time, and you'll make mistakes, and when finally get your build working, it's rather satisfactory*
*eh? eh? ah ♥♥♥♥ it...

If you only see a few ways to master it than you need to get more creative.
And Jade, why does anyone need to prove themselves to you, why can't you just accept that even though the idea of a static map doesn't appeal to you, just maybe others can enjoy the game without having any random maps and not get bored with it.
Isn't it also funny when you tell someone else to expose their profile to prove something to you when you also use a private profile to hide from everyone else.
And yes, I have a private profile too, and what I do or don't do is none of your business.
I can tell you that I don't own Satisfactory on steam anyway, and neither do you.
Honestly I never got bored, just burnt out, and had to take a break and play something else for awhile.
Last chance for this low price for a long while .
