Until you have that set up either store it or flush the buffers from time to time.
You need do use a fluid packager (input, any fluid... input empty canister)
and outputs a canister with that fluid....
that canister can then be shipped as item anywhere and unpacked or... sent to an AWESOME sink
that won't be good for an automation, setup and forget....
Better sink it after having packed it.... (valid for any fluid to dispose of for any reason)
then if needed later... just stop packaging and use it
But yes, at the very first steps of getting plastic / rubber. You can build a buffer for the products and just flush it.
Or just attach a light to the coke burner, and nothing else since for some reason power plants won't run if there's zero draw on them.
