altitude ?
Hello, is there a way to know what altitude we are at in order to plan our conveyors over a long distance without having too many ups and downs?

There is a console command that will show your x/y/z location
Z being height
ToggleDebugOverlay (I think)

After al lot of save I start to use a origin point as altitude from 0.0 coordinate or choise a highest point hill. Then zoop a lot of concrete block till my factory area. All my train truck at that lvl now. All factories 5 or more foundation high cause I give up terrain changes after a update. only miners at the ground and belts go up from miners.

There is a mod called Speedometer that gives your coordinates without having to deal with command console. Some games don't carry those commands over on saves and I don't know if Satisfactory is one that does.

(basically: important for pipes)

==> Now the best way to know altitude is to upload your savegame to SCIM
https://satisfactory-calculator.com/en/interactive-map

... and there you see with a right click on anything that you've built the exact altitude.
The unit SCIM uses is centimeter
'0' is sea level
Hence '100' is 1 meter above sea level
some areas are below sea level (for instance in The Great Canyon, see the map below)
