Apart from that: Nothing changes.
Imo the enemies would make more sense to be more like that sci-fi movie that I forget its name rn, where the aliens are insect-like but not like *spiders* xD
In the biome that has the huge versions of the arachnids (where they are greenish, I think that's the red biome) it's really cool because they are really hard to kill, but it's also really freaky because they can jump in the air and drop on you out of nowhere.
So as you're like, exploring stuff, suddenly a huge one appears on you xD
Also, man, sometimes they bug out and do some frantic movements and they look even freakier then xDDDD
Yep, exactly. And I'm sure they can even get a pre-made slime animation for that. For like 20$ lmfao.
Although, look, imo they were making an alien planet. And despite the fact that many things look human (I mean, slugs? hog-like creatures? They hardly look alien), in dark areas it's natural that an insect-like creature would have evolved.
And it kinda also makes sense in the sense of exploration, that you would be scared exploring a cave on an alien planet - and you mostly explore caves to find power slugs anyway.
