No way to skip the MAIN MENU message loading the game??

Not even ESCAPE key closes it, that is strange everyone is obviously aware the game is early access so WHAT is going on with that :D lol

The v 1.0 comes out later this year. The loading screen cannot be bypassed because you are connecting to a server.

yeah , I just got this game and have had that issue. I start game, loading forever! I have to end task via task manager in windows. I have noticed when I click the screen it seems to load but not sure if that is just a fluke. Usually after a few tried I can get back in the game. I have had more frustration then fun so far. The game itself, frustrating getting started, stringing belts forever to get nowhere. Not enough resources in a close area to get things moving without miles of belts and hours of frustration. Glad I got it on heavy discount.

Sounds like you started in the grassy fields. Lots of low quality far apart resources. You might try another starting area to get denser resources at the cost of more challenging logistics.
