Things that should be marked on the map automatically
1) Resource nodes. They're geographical features that don't move or change; there is no bloody reason I should need a network of radar towers to track them. As soon as I get close enough to get the HUD popup, it should appear on the map permanently.

2) Power towers, and the connections between them.

3) Every building consisting of more than, say, five foundations. It should also be pretty easy to automatically tag them; i.e., if the building has a bunch of constructors, assemblers, and/or manufacturers, it gets tagged as a factory with a list of products.

Side note: I also should not have to wait thirty seconds for the high-res version of the map to load. The blurry, low-res map has no value whatsoever; why does it even exist?

So you don't like the exploration part of the game, basically? Searching for resource nodes is a part of the game. Seeing your buildings on the map might be useful but that will slow down the map even more.

I don't have the game running right now, but there may be a way to unlock the map either with AGS or using the Calculator web app. Not sure, never felt the need for that.

My map loads instantly though, I don't even see any "low res" version of the map, but I do have a faster than average PC.

What do you mean by this?
I know the game switches buildings to a low rez versions at distrance, but the map?
I have never seen the map be Low Rez.

And the Map has clutter with enough icons from Drone Ports and Train Stations, and my Self placed Icons marking the rough area of Satellite Factory/Power Plant
I don't need every resource marked on the map... I Ping and Mark it on the map myself, when I need it.
Like didn't see the need to mark my Nitrogen Well I just ran the Pipes to the Main Factory on the west coast, I can just follow the Foundation/pipes to it if I really need to head back to it, which is unlikely.

Tell me you didn't understand my post without telling me you didn't understand my post. I'm talking about after you find the nodes, once you've gotten close enough to get the "Press E to mine" prompt, that node should appear on the map permanently. There's nothing to "track:" it doesn't move or change, there's no reason it should appear on a radar set at all and definitely no reason it should require a radar set.

While I wouldn't mind the resource nodes to stay visible on the map once I found them I wouldn't like the power towers and buildings to show on the map. It would become cluttered and messy very fast.

It's fine with just the HUB and we can always place our own marker for any remote locations that we need. It's bad enough when you put a couple of radar towers. I would actually be happy if I could remove some of nodes that I am exploiting already off the map.
I found them, I am using them, no need to show it on the map constantly.

And I am not sure what you mean that you have to wait 30 sec for a map to load?
Yes, it does have a little delay but it's less than a second. Are you sure your system is OK? Bad MOD maybe?
Or is your map covered with so many icons that it just take agaes to load properly?

So basically you want the game made easy because you aren't able to deal wit some intricacy. Nice

I wouldn't mind the ability to manually place map markers for things you want to keep up with, but I can take or leave it. I get really annoyed when a map is filled with map markers I don't care about.

But you can put your custom markers on the map. Up to 250 of them if I remember correctly

I don't think I have to tell you why they exist. But I think it should be an option to wait 30 seconds more on load time instead of trying to fast-load the game and look awful. If the load time is slow it is your false, you choose the option yourself.

Also, I thought Nanite was a thing that they added but I guess not all features of Unreal 5 make it to the game.
