No, you don't.
A developer of this app has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

You will not have to buy the game again.

will be updated for free.
You bought the final game, early access is just what it says.... early access to play it even if not finished yet

Yeah, it locks you out until you pay the rest of what the game now costs. Sucks, but we all have to do it.

What are you talking about? That's not how Early Access works. Once you pay, you own the game. The only thing EA doesn't get you is any possible DLC after the full release, unless stated otherwise by the devs.

I personally think that every 1000 hours that you play a game you could or should buy it again. To support the studio and because 40 bucks for 1000 hours is still a really good deal.

In cinema, which I love, I pay 15 bucks for two hours.
In Netflix I pay 20 bucks for watching average of 20 hours per month.

Do you work for EA or something?

Personally that's the stupidest take I've seen all day.

Stop giving them ideas. They're already rolling out putting commercials in games, lootboxes started out as a joke, and we all remember the famous horse armour which is now in literally every game.

I personally think that every 1000 hours that I wear some clothes or use my computer, drive my car or pay my mortgage, I could or should buy everything again. To support the industries and banks and because 100,000 bucks for 1000 hours is still a really good deal, given that a handyman makes $150 a hour!

A fourteen hour flight from Frankfurt to NY in first class is $8500.
And I spend at least $500 on groceries each month, just to stay alive.

Quite stingy of you. Do you also buy your girlfriend plastic beads to save money?

I played over 25'000 of Unreal Tournament 3 and I bought it many times.

You might not understand that. It's okay. Never mind.

@Jimmy: we talk about 18 bucks for the game during sales ... Is that really that much money for 1000 hours of fun?

I think if Coffee Stain is doing well then we all are doing well. Quid pro quo, agent Starling!

Buying things you already own might be a viable thing to do for you, but it's certainly no advice. This is not, how an economy should work. Satisfactory is one of the most successful Early Access games of all time. It has way over 3 million copies sold. It even was the only game ever achieve the predicted revenue for selling exclusive in the Epic Store for a year. CSS made a ton of money with Satisfactory - and still makes money with it, because there's still new players to come. And that's a good thing and this is, how it should work. Software as a Service is a cancer. And you do it voluntarily.

I would buy toilet paper as dlc (repeatable) if they put it in game...
1 euro a piece... For useless item to use at the hub... Just for fun and to let people support the game with some more cash (for who want)
