You get a couple from the fiscmas calendar, same with Quantum Computers... I'm guessing we get to make these later (You can't currently)

Just mark that crash site on your map with the item name and how many needed, and wait for the Ficsmas event to go back to it, same with the crash sites that use the quantum computers

I have been marking locations of glitched power slugs and artifacts I can't pick up due to geometry issues with the areas

oh... wow, Well, once you unlock the few Drop pods these are needed just sink them for points...
