FICSmas items and production lines after FICSmas?
When the season is over...

1) Do the items disapear, or do they stay in storage, ready for the next year?

2) What happens to production lines configured for FICSmas items? Do they simply lose their configuration?

In other words... do I need to scramble to any items I produced in storage containers *now*, before I can't move them any more?

2) They shut down once depleted of resources due to the trees no longer producing presents and none falling from the sky. You can leave it there for the next event, if it is the same as this year.

Thanks Wolfgang.

Can the items be moved to new containers AFTER the event?

(The place where I put it is kind of messy and it would be best to move the items to my hub's storage, disassemble the production lines, then rebuild them in a more permanent way next year)

So, the key issue is "move now" or "move after the event is over".

Yes, they can be moved at any time. Though I don't know if the filters for the splitters can be selected after the event. In existing smart splitters they should stay though.

That is perfect.
In this case:
- I will let it accumulate until the end of the event
- Manually move all items to storage after the event
- Take notes.
- Disassemble the whole factory.
- Next FICSmas... rebuild the factory as a permanent one, in an better location and with better design.

Thank you!!!

Shouldn't be a problem, since you can just copy the configuration from one splitter and paste it onto another. So as long as the original splitters aren't disassembled, new Ficsmas splitters should be buildable.
