Where to put the nuclear power plants?
I simply have no idea where to put those 252 monsters with another 126 or 252 pipes.
The factory is the least of my problems and I got plutonium stuff unlocked.

Why make it? Because it can be done. It's a nice thing to do while the space elevator fills up slowly in the background.

I tried the swamp and ran into the problem of the water stopped working as water when placing water extractors while going east.

If possible I want to build the power plants on the water because it allows easy piping.

I just haven't found the right spot for this because those monsters are huge and the map boundaries don't always allow water extractors to be built.

It's a problem of inspiration and I dont like centralised fluid production because of sloshing.

North West. Right above the rocky desert. I only recently found out there's a vast area of water. Use radar towers to see for yourself. More than enough space for those bad boys.
Northwest is great for it, the east side of the map by the swamp also has tons of water but a bit more difficult surrounding terrain

Yup this, you can run 26 plants all at 250% from that Uranium node :)
Couldn't it be more boring to concentrate anything at one point :D ?

It shouldn't be a big deal to create a big platform above the environment with close access to water - as long as you are willing to pump it up you're nearly free to pick every slot of the map.

What does not fit, is made to fit ;)

Just out of curiosity: Is the amount just the base amount (i.e. no overclocking) or is it the amount you need with overclocking the reactors?
It doesn't reall matter if you are willing to put some effort in transportation. I would suggest though, to build it above the sea with at least 4m , better 8m logistics floor before you put any machinery. i personally built it in the very west below the desert and brought every ressource via major conveyer busses that all come down from the cliffs in a central conveyor bus into the logistic floor.

what amount do you mean? where

It's about the required amount to burn 50,4 uranium fuel rods. Any factory fits on top of this and overclocking the reactors ia a good suggestion.
The amounts are 252 reactors at 100% or 126 at 200%.
I don't feel like using 600 in a mk2 pipe or use a power shard for less than 50% boost so it's either 126 or 252.
No matter which choice it becomes it will always be 504 water extractors.
I'm also planning on 12,6 plutonium fuel rods for truck fuel recycling 2520 waste.
