Any news on estimated date for 1.0?
I refuse to buy any game on early access after multiple bad experiences.

It is going to release two weeks early, we just dont know what that date is either though.

Given the game has only been in EA for 3 years which is only half of the time a typical game takes to fully release so honestly if we take in that the game is 0.7 (soon 0.8) and that 0.9 may be the last if they dont go into 0.10 then we'll see.

Factory games usually lack story, and while I'm looking forward to tiers 9 and 10 as much as the next player, Satisfactory already has deeper gameplay than some fully released factory games.

Honestly it's a perfectly fine game as it is now, people have been putting in thousands of hours into it and happily replay it after each update.

But if you really need it to be officially released and out of EA, it's definately happening, CS is not dropping the ball here so just add it to your wishlist and be patient.

No one is going to be able to give you a good answer to the release date.

While I find this game to be entertaining if you're looking for a fully featured game. . . it isn't there yet, despite what the fanboys claim.

btw - I applaud your mindset to not buy into the early access. I wish people would stop allowing themselves to getting suckered into early access/pre-ordering scams (ie star citizen).

I doubt even the devs could give a release date at this point.

As for how complete the game is…
I’d say we have between 90 to 95% Of the final game, one or two more tiers and the games story, and some minor QoL additions.

I wouldn’t call all early access games scams, though I get the sentiment.

This is also my general rule. But I made an exception for SF because this EA is better than most released games.

Thanks for the answers guys, I just asked because usually even tho there's nothing stated on forums, sometimes devs tell something on other social medias, like discord, twitter, etc.

They haven't done much in the last 2 years. Avoid it.
