Though I really love Satisfactory I find these aliens very obtrusive. It's probably the most nerving point right after the rock-hard restriction to 250 map markers - which makes me very sad when I have to delete my very carefully and thoughfully and accuratley placed ap markers in order to make place for new ones. This is hurting a lot !!
CSS other (or former) community manger said that Satisfactory is designed that the world is not imposing on players so that players can choose what they do in their own speed. True this with exception of these aliens:
They are so loud that I have to turn down every time my loudspeakers to not wake up my neighbors. Practically I am forced to collect them to silence the over and over repeated unlogical messages of "I strongly advice to collect me"(?) ... "world presidents says".
Keep up the good work and thanx again for the video
DocHollywood, your first point is clarified already in our pinned posts. TL;DR: Suggestions, bugs and other error reports should be submitted on the QA site. And yes, Snutt reads (or at least skims over) the forums. I read it too and can forward if needed. Normal questions can usually be answered by the helpful community.
There is no official guide, but there is an official wiki. Also, you can find lots of guides directly on Steam (guides section in this game hub).
Somersloops and Mercer Spheres will get a purpose in the future. They are WIP.
"We'd like to do that but not sure if we have time. Maybe we'll do it later but we don't know yet."
"Sounds like a good idea. We haven't thought of that. Go suggest it on our QA site."
Did anyone watch the video? Is my prediction accurate?
I completely missed that
==> Just make the aliens less loud. There is no reason to wait with that till 1.0.
Thank you.
The video answered the "snow biome when" question with "no plans currently, maybe after v1". I would assume an entire new map would fall into the same category.
right or wrong?
and the second guy just dismissed eveything I asked for.
I have the feeling we Steam players do not really matter. And then you heared him: We should go to Twitter. Sorry, the players are here!
Munin posted and stickied an AMA thread soliciting questions. I asked this question: https://steamcommunity.com/app/526870/discussions/0/3875967149491805527/#c3874841497807428296
And it was answered at 19:03 (Steam's auto-embed of YouTube links breaks timestamp linking so I can'tlink you right to it) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lK-kN8QOrJw&t=1143s
They took questions from Reddit, Twitter, and Discord in addition to Steam, so it's no surprise that in a 30 min video there weren't many from Steam
I think they did not answer or reffering to anything that was written in all the other discussion from us (the non-sticky ones). I can't tell for sure,I'm no psychic, but I have the feeling they are not with us. Though - but that's just a guess - most of their players are Steam players.
