Disclaimer - I have not tried it
But I never had problems with satisfactory, even if I play for many hours.
Had you tried to change FOV ?
And limit framerate to sync it with vsync?
as for 3rd person you can only get it in hypertubes and vehicles. I think its something they will probably add an option for down the road but the engine upgrade would change the foundation on which they add such a feature anyhow so I dont expect them to add this feature until after unreal 5 is done.
The best thing to do is to get on the satisfactory dev web site and request the feature...then get as many people to join in and add support for your request. I think being able to change from 1st person to third person is a reasonable feature request as is the inverted y feature request I see alot here. You guys need to get out and put this stuff in front of the devs as they can actually consider this where as the steam community here is not able to add it.
I have it in very very few games but I tried Satisfactory 2 years ago and refuned after 30 min, was sick for a day after playing 5 min. Then I was following comments and development but could not see any solution for me until I saw the following comment and bought the game again, applied the settings and adjusted a little and no motion sickness at all ! (over 100 hours)
I have with my mouse 1600 dpi so I set the mouse sensitivity even lower to 1.6 or so.

Game Play > Head Bobbing - OFF.
Video > Motion Blur - OFF.
Video > Field of View (FOV) - Adjust as needed (recommend 110 to 120).
Video > Maintain Y-Axis FOV Aspect Ratio - Turn ON if #3 does not help. (NOTE: With high FOV might cause "fish eye effect").
Video > First Person FOV Modifier - Adjust if needed.
Controls > Mouse Sensitivity - Set to 3 or or Lower if needed.
