unstuck

I'm currently stuck on a little ledge and i have no clue how to get back up
Everything i google says there's an unstuck option in the menu but there's no such thing
is there a way to use console commands to no clip or something?

try 'c' crouch if youre stuck in something
build foundations or towers to get back up

i believe there's a "respawn" button in the esc menu. you'll have to make your way back to where you got stuck to recover your inventory if it has anything you really care about.
