It looks like there are several videos by German-speaking players, if that's your preferred language.
Unless your being sarcastic, your wrong about PC games not offering demos anymore.( though true, Satisfactory doesn't offer one)
In Steams main store menu, under browse you can select demos ( third option i think ) that brings up tons of games that offer free demos.
IIRC Factorio demo appeared only after the game was finally released and left EA/Alpha stage so I believe the same would have to happen to this game
Don't forget that EA/Alpha/Beta games are all WORK IN PROGRESS so you would have to optimize demo for every single patch/update, which is a lot of work
Wait until it's fully released then ask about demo
Factorio, Riftbreaker, and Carrion have a free demo.
I played it 5 minutes and then throwed money at the devs (a meager 10€ or was it 12.50€).
Plus, Satisfactory is arguably a random indie game too
Back on topic now: Honestly I personally have not seen any games offering a free demo version since the mid-1990's. I was unaware anything offers any demo version these days in terms of PC games. Apparently I was wrong.
Steam has ~30 000 games and there are 4100 games with demo
