Processor i5-3570k 3.4 GHz 4 Core
Memory 8 GB RAM
Graphics GTX 760 2GB
Network Broadband Internet connection
Storage 20 GB available space
Additional Notes The game is in early access and the minimum requirements may change.
So it looks like you are good on RAM, just over on the processor, but you could stand for a video card increase.
You could always get it, and if doesn't run well, return it within the next hour or so after purchase.
Either upgrade to a better GPU or move to a Ryzen APU to save some money today and upgrade later on. Though, you could buy a (x)x60, (x)x70 or (x)x80 used.

I was able to play fine with 40-45FPS even late game, if playing on lower-graphics settings and non-FullHD (720p) resolution doesn't bother you its probably worth a try, though I'd assume the next update will increase system requirements.
Also if your GTX 750 Ti only has 2GB VRAM it likely won't be enough as even on low settings this game easily uses 3GB VRAM on plain fields but a 4GB model should work fairly well.
Also from personal experience it's really worth changing the GraphicsAPI from DirectX to Vulkan, it's experimental yes but for me it increased performance both while I used my old laptop and my current one, and it's seemingly a lot more stable than DirectX on older GPUs.

Thank you, I heard it's going to switch for UE5 which will cause increased requirements but couldn't find a source before, it was a pretty interesting video to watch too!
