Report a translation problem
in order to to open some window so you get the mouse pointer and can go over there and use the scroll wheel down.
the above advice only matters if you see something on the right side but its not the thing you wanted. because todo list stuff shares the same space as the build material list. but one might be taking up so much space the thew other is off the screen
I understand what you're saying, but I don't have a to-do list displaying at all. It's logically there (as in the game is detecting me adding and removing items from it) but it is not creating the UI element, if that makes sense.
I found this elsewhere and tried it and it would appear momentarily but as soon as I closed out the codex or construction menu/window it would also close the To-Do list.
We ultimately had to edit the server save file and delete my character info from it then the issue was resolved.
